[arm-allstar] Swiss Army Script

David,

The astdb.txt file is what I think is being called the "NODELIST" ...If
this is the case, the location is: /var/log/asterisk/astdb.txt ...Note
that the astdb.txt file gets downloaded by the: /usr/local/sbin/astdb.php
script nightly, using a cron job launched from: /var/spool/cron/root

The rpt_extnodes file doesn't typically get downloaded on HamVoIP.
Downloading this file every few minutes is a colossal waste of network
bandwidth, for most nodes. The HamVoIP system strictly uses dynamic,
real-time lookups via the dns-query command. To try out dns-query, as an
example from bash:

[root at RPi3A ~]# dns-query 27339
+OK|radio at 12.17.28.195:4569/27339,12.17.28.195

Note that HamVoIP does have a "master file w/ deltas" rpt_extnodes
download mechanism for special use cases. All the HamVoIP node lookup
methods have been in place for almost 3 years now.
