[arm-allstar] Two nodes on same server Pi3+

Thanks. Actually, on the radio-less node, the audio from both nodes
announce the ip address, node number and what node connected to (auto
connect) are announced. I hope to be able to mute or lower the volume of
this audio announcement and allow the telemetry tones. I already have
changed the level to -6 & -9. Please see:
