[arm-allstar] MiFi and node not talking

When I 1st set up my node I was using a cell hotspot. I bought a GL300.
which is on hamvoip.org that Doug recommended. It worked for me and I think
it would work for you. I got it off Amazon for 30 dollar range. Check it out
