[arm-allstar] Echolink.conf

So the node has mysteriously started to work again.  Albeit,,looking at the
AST Log, is this anything to be concerned about?  Should I comment out this
particular server? There are a few hundred entries in the log.

connect to the Echolink server server4.echolink.org
[Jan 16 18:12:37] ERROR[333] chan_echolink.c: connect() failed to
connect to the Echolink server server4.echolink.org
[Jan 16 18:22:36] ERROR[333] chan_echolink.c: connect() failed to
connect to the Echolink server server4.echolink.org
