[arm-allstar] Check your echolink settings!

Hi Everyone,

It came to my attention this morning that some HamVoIP echolink users are
not updating the default station APRS configuration and location info
which gets reported to the echolink database.  Here are the DEFAULT
setting, as found in the sample echolink configuration:

; Change following setting to your parameters
freq=446.1
tone=88.5
lat=40.223976
lon=-75.008529
power=20
height=50
gain=6
dir=0


These settings *MUST* be updated with the specific configuration and 
location of you station, not just left as defaults!  If you don't know 
your physical station latitude (lat) or longitude (lon), a couple 
sources where you can find that position are via https://www.qrz.com or 
https://aprs.fi
