[arm-allstar] Window IP change

Hi Don,

Are you connecting the RPi via wired Ethernet or WiFi?   If wired 
Ethernet, just use menu option #6 and set the interface to "static" and 
then configure the IP address.

If you are using WiFi, the process currently requires some manual steps.
