[arm-allstar] Window IP change

My setup of the Hamvoip Allstar node has been running flawlessly. I go away
this past Friday and I got word the node was down. I got home yesterday and
I see the IP was changed.

How can I create a way not to have the IP address? I do have a NO IP but I
have no idea how to set it up for the Hamvoip Allstar PI.
