Mike,
I'm not sure I fully understand your linking scenario. But, try reversing
the linktolink setting.
On the CAT250 interface, duplex=0, linktolink=no
And, on the XPR2500, duplex=0, linktolink=yes
Then, anytime the repeater RX is active, the XPR2500 should go PTT active,
even if the XPR2500 has COS active.
Is this what you're wanting?
