Myself, VE3RWJ, and Patrick Purdue, KE4DYI, both white caners, 
contributed a podcast episode to the CQ Blind Hams Podcast recently. The 
episode is entitled Allstar 101. It's a brief introduction to what 
Allstar is, how it works in general terms, a few short demos, and it's 
under half an hour in length.
