[arm-allstar] Macro Delay

I know there is an ability to delay the startup_macro, but is there a way
to delay a DTMF macro something like 3-5 seconds before executing? I'm
trying to set up a connect/disconnect macro for a RF link thru Allstar, but
I've had an issue where the radio still shows Rx keyed even when in
transmit, so if that happens after the macro, the node locks up and stays
keyed up.
