We Fixed Allstar Node with broken Supermon...

Built a replacement (duplicated same node) at my QTH/Pensacola.
Once built - imaged that new build, Zipped it, then FTP to a location that
could pull back that replacement image.
We pulled image back via web/http, (QTH, Glenwood Springs, Colorado)
unzipped and re-imaged the broken SD card.
Rpi3 booted back up - same Allstar Node number and we were working again.
For me - it was faster easier than messing with scripts and linux
permissions.
Rebuild of the Node took about 10 mintues...after that just ftp/http and a
quick re-image of the broken Rpi3 SD card.

Doug,

I just did an Allstar update from SSH using the menu.

Claims it completed - I then did a reboot via SSH Menu - it rebooted.

Ooops. Supermon web page comes up for about 1 second - then web page
changes and says

Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is
either no index document of the directory is read-protected.

Yikes, I compared to another (different) working Allstar node.

Broken allstar/supermon does have index.php in its Supermon directory with
same R/W rights as the working supermon.

Is there a way to (force?) the updated install.and try again?

Thanks,

N0ECT
