[arm-allstar] New User with One Basic Problem

All problems sorted. Thanks for the list thereof. At the very last step,
and this could only happen to me, my 25-plus-year-old power supply gave
out! New one comes Monday, then it should be just a snap to plug it all
in and fire it up.
