[arm-allstar] Macro Not Found

This was resolved but since we did it off-line I wanted to at least tell
everyone the resolution. The system was not setup properly for some reason
so I did a setup for him remotely and at that point all was well but then
when he went to connect somewhere he got the Macro not found message. It
turns out that the 3 digit was not working on his handheld DTMF and when he
tried to connect he was doing *35....  And instead it was doing *5.... and
looking for a macro!
