[arm-allstar] "Repeat Only Mode"

While it is probably not the problem in this case just a reminder that 6
digit node numbers will NOT be able to connect to or from any node that has
not updated! Believe it or not there are still nodes running Beaglebone
blacks and RPi users who have never updated or have not updated in over a
year. The Beaglebone Black is no longer supported so a hardware upgrade to
a Pi would be required.
