[arm-allstar] "Repeat Only Mode"

Sean,

I suspect that you've got some ILINK commands mixed up in the rpt.conf
file, [functions] stanza used for node 507264. Note that the the "NODE
507264 REPEAT ONLY" announcement is typically generated from the ilink,5
command. For testing, you could run this from the asterisk CLI prompt,
like:

RPi4B-alpha4*CLI> rpt cmd 1010 ilink 5
    -- <DAHDI/pseudo-1399090957> Playing 'rpt/node' (language 'en')
    -- <DAHDI/pseudo-1399090957> Playing 'digits/1' (language 'en')
    -- <DAHDI/pseudo-1399090957> Playing 'digits/0' (language 'en')
    -- <DAHDI/pseudo-1399090957> Playing 'digits/1' (language 'en')
    -- <DAHDI/pseudo-1399090957> Playing 'digits/0' (language 'en')
    -- <DAHDI/pseudo-1399090957> Playing 'rpt/repeat_only' (language 'en')
    -- Hungup 'DAHDI/pseudo-1399090957'

...Where you would replace "1010" (above) with your node number.

Note that if node 507264 has asterisk restarted or gets rebooted, the
permanent connection mode gets disabled. One solution would be a start-up
macro which sets up a permanent connection when asterisk starts.

If you're having issues where the RPi is regularly getting power-cycled
due to bad power, you should look at some type of UPS system---usually, a
simple battery system would suffice.
