[arm-allstar] FW: HF control

[Les bradshaw]

I am Transmitting on the HF rig it  works well. The problem is having to go
to node (2) to toggle the (K) so I can get receive audio from the HF rig on
Node (1). If node (2) was to reboot and I was not there then that would be
a problem.
