[arm-allstar] Slightly OT: Multiple Allstarlink Clients through OpenVPN

Let me rephrase, you would point your allstar node(s) openvpn clients to
the same VPN server public IP, each node would then be assigned a private
IP on the VPN network (i would setting up the openvpn server to push
specific IP's to your remote allstar node openvpn clients), you could then
point the allstar nodes to connect to the hub node or have the hub node
connect to the other nodes or whatever your doing through the IP(s) the
allstar clients was assigned from the openvpn server.
