[arm-allstar] Slightly OT: Multiple Allstarlink Clients through OpenVPN

You dont need 3 separate public IP's. You can point all remote nodes to
the same public IP, each node would have its own VPN network IP after
connecting to the VPN server, at that point and you would then point all
your nodes to connect to the VPN network IP of your hub node or whatever
you are doing.
