[arm-allstar] telephone portal not working?

If this is too off-topic, apologies, please tell me where to take this.

Today when i tried the 763-xxx-xxxx Allstar telephone port number,
entered my node number and # , and it said "that is an invalid
selection."  Several hours later, the same.

Just wondering if this is a temporary thing or a policy change.
