[arm-allstar] VXR7000 Help

Hi everyone! 

We are using the following setup:
-Vertex VX7000 Repeater
-DMK URI
-Raspberry Pi 3B+
All settings and nodes are set up correctly as far as we can tell. However when trying to key the repeater from a portable radio, the repeater shows receiving and after unkeying, the URI will send out the successfully only send the Roger tone over the air. So basically the system is not processing the received audio.
