[arm-allstar] Stuttering/typewriter effect

Hi,

I doubt this is a preemphasis/deemphasis settings issue. It sounds
possibly like faulty COS or PTT keying to me.  You can look at these
settings in real time from the simpleusb-tune-menu program, option 'v'
(view real time).

How is the RPi connected to the RC210? What type of FOB are you using?
It the rpt.conf node stanza set to duplex=0 or duplex=1, etc.?
