[arm-allstar] Stuttering/typewriter effect

Hello everyone.  What are the default settings for simpleusb.conf file?  I have a stuttering or typewriter effect going on and I think my simpleusb.conf might be the cause.  

Might be the emphasis/deemphasis settings.

I checked my rc210 volume settings several times but Nothing changed.
