[arm-allstar] Is port forwarding required?

There is an official way to "proxy" IAX connections that is a little
more involved than simply just connecting nodes in the normal way, and
is also transparent, I.E. someone connects to your restricted node
number rather than the proxy node directly, and they don't know the

I have such a setup here for someone who is on a fixed 4g internet
connection, and it works great.
