[arm-allstar] Is port forwarding required?

I have said this for a long time but it is not a proxy per say as somewould know proxy. You just have a home node or any node where others canconnect to you that is accessible. Then you connect to that node from yourhotspot. Anyone then connecting to your fixed node with port forwarding cancommunicate with you.
