[arm-allstar] Listening on Hub

Over the weekend one of our club members had his personal allstar nodes
connected to our club's hub while listening to another club. He has done
this for weeks and we do not get the other clubs traffic. This weekend we
did get the listen only traffic sent via his node to our hub. We talked
about it and it appears to be related to which system he connects to first.
Can someone explain to me how this works?

Our_Club_HUB <==========>  User_Node <============ Other_Club_Hub

For weeks we didn't here the other_club_hub and then we did.
