[arm-allstar] Node Going To Sleep

All,
I have a node that also goes to sleep. I have had this issue with this node for some time now.
I have installed the software for this node on two separate pi3b with the same result.
This is just a personal node using a Rim-Lite FOB and a Baofeng 888 ht.
What does going to sleep mean:
1. No communication with the FOB
2. The heartbeat on the FOB is not working.
3. The heartbeat on the PI is working
4. The node is accessible from Putty.
5. The node is accessible from Supermon.
6. The pi needs to be rebooted (either with putty or supermon) to restore communication.
7. The pi software is UpToDate.

The node is on a port on an RLC3 controller. The local repeater continues to function as normal - - the node just goes to sleep, as we say, from time to time with no apparent pattern. Yes, it can be accessed via SSH while its “asleep”.
