[arm-allstar] hamvoip as a repeater controller

Larry, I am always learning more about the MTR2000 but after wiring two of
them and playing with the codeplug I have made some cool setups.

I have a MTR2000 running Allstar (HAMVOIP) controller and DVSwitch to DMR.
I had this working but split it into two node to not put all my eggs in one
house.
This one runs the Northcomm cable and a DMK USB audio interface the other
node is Allstar (HAMVOIP) with DVSwitch and a AMBE vocoder to DMR

I have another MTR2000 running PI-Star and MMDVM allmode.
This one runs the STM32_DVM and the ICS interface
Hardest part here is getting the FM and Digital levels about the same and
getting the FM to transmit PL but not the digital. <=== all done in
the codeplug, no extra wiring.

If I was to do it again. I would use the ICS interface and either the DMK
or DINAH for Allstar or ICS interface and STM32_DVM for PI-STAR
