[arm-allstar] hamvoip as a repeater controller

Jed,

 The only thing you really need to configure other than putting Hamvoip in
duplex=2 mode is to setup the Kenwood's rear panel signals and the Kenwood
software. Being that you are sight disabled you may need to get someone
else to do that or at least help you. I know Dave, KB4FXC has interfaced
many Kenwood to Hamvoip and I just interface a Kenwood NXR-710 which is
similar but not exactly the same. Check out the repeater interface howto I
put in the howto hardware section of hamvoip.org.  It shows a more
elaborate interface but the basics are the same. All you need going to the
repeater are the same signals you have going to any radio.  audio in, out,
PTT, COS, and ground.
