[arm-allstar] node does not connect

Did you change the port number in the Allstar portal for that node, as 
well as in iax.conf?

When I did my first hamvoip install, I had a similar problem, only to 
discover that, for some reason, the order of allowed codecs in iax.conf 
was wrong. This may not at all be your problem, not sure what your logs 
look like when you try making an outgoing connection.
