[arm-allstar] hamvoip as a repeater controller

Hi Jed, I have a RPI3 running HAMVOIP's allstar running  a MTR2000 as a
talking controller and acting like a allstar and echolink node. No issues
works well. Checkout 50026 and do a bubble.
