[arm-allstar] hamvoip as a repeater controller

Hi Darrell,

A friend of mine has an MTR-2000, and we have tried setting up a RPi3 running HamVOIP Allstar, without success.  I was wondering if you could share with me how you have the MTR-2k programmed to work with Allstar?  We aren't sure how to setup the programming of the repeater to get it to work correct, and we suspect that may be our problem.  I'd appreciate any help you can provide. Hi Jed, I have a RPI3 running HAMVOIP's allstar running  a MTR2000 as a talking controller and acting like a allstar and echolink node. No issues works well. Checkout 50026 and do a bubble.
