[arm-allstar] Outbound linked tx courtesy tone?

Actually - I just realized what I was doing wrong...

It's "remotetx" and it's a telemetry definition, not a node config
REFERENCING a telemetry definition.

It works just fine. Thanks for the response, sorry to waste anyone's time.
