[arm-allstar] Outbound linked tx courtesy tone?

The default "beep boop" tone after transmit from my node outbound, while
linked can't seem to be changed. (The one that basically sounds like a
drawn out version of a Motorola tone remote beep-boop)

Even if I change all tones to one specific one, that particular one won't
change or honor rpt.conf's config.

Heard a report confirming the same to someone else locally as well, which
led me to ask here.
