 Yes but it would require writing some code. See the howto on this -

You setup an extensions.conf stanza that captures the digits. The length
can be anything you want as determined by the stanza. This is then sent to
a script that does the actual checking and through either the Pi GPIO using
the gpio program or bits on the USB FOB assuming you are using a FOB with
bits available.
