[arm-allstar] Pi3 All Star Repeater Controller

Hi all.  I've built up a repeater controller using All Star as a
controller.  The ID seems distorted and the DTMF does not function?
Repeated audio is great *80 etc. seems to be ignored even though the tones
are clean on the receiver?  I'vd tried different portables but nothing
seems to work.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks for
your help.
