Cesar,

 It is very hard to troubleshoot a hardware issue especially when you are
using non-standard hardware. In your case the VOX circuit. I suggest you
either modify the FOB and use it with true COS and PTT or buy one that is
already modified. Sources are shown in the howto section st hamvoip.org.
Using VOX is not a good idea and as you can see generally a PITA.
