[arm-allstar] ARM-allstar Digest, Vol 79, Issue 24

Hi, thanks for the reply. When the ethernet cable is removed during reboot, I cannot SSH on WiFi. When I plug the ethernet cable in I can SSH on 22 and 29.
I know the dhcpcd.conf has the ethernet settings, I'm not sure where the WiFi settings are located. Will have a look using WinScp

Otherwise it's a reinstall. Node number is 42879

Post your [radio] config from iax.conf

Then the stanza it is pointed to from extensions.conf

Maybe something is wrong there.

Bryan:
I finally got it figured out. HAMVOIP already has the necessary functionality built in, which I didn?t realize at first, because the tutorial that is referenced said that it was optional and needed to be manually added. I went through and undid what the tutorial told me to do and the errors have ceased. Thanks for the reply.

Hi all,

I have an odd problem which has appeared. When I have the ethernet cable plugged into the RPi I can SSH into it using either the eth0 IP or the wlan0 IP value (both different) When I remove the ethernet cable I cannot SSH into wlan0
I put the cable back in and SSH into Allstar. And at the top of the menu it says;
Admin Menu List for RPI (192.168.xx.29, 192.168.xx.22) and restarted the Asterick Server I get
Automatically restarting Asterisk Restart Asterisk Server ended with exit status 1
Asterisk died with code1.

Using Supermon I try to connect to a local Node but it attempts and quits without any message.

Running CLI I get

WARNING[26810]: chan_iax2.c:7844 registry_rerequest: Received unsolicited registry authenticate request from '192.83.199.4'

When I run ifconfig I get this and I notice ?Ethernet? is in both eth0 and wlan0
192.168.xx.255 is not my gateway.

There must be an error in a config file but my knowledge of Linux works if I can do the correct search, but not managed to find the route. I know I can rebuild from scratch easily but sometimes I like to find the problem in case it occurs again.
