[arm-allstar] Telemetry volume

Hello all. I have an issue with my Hamvoip software. When my repeater telemetry comes on (voice repeater ID/messages) the voice sounds over-modulated but, when I work a station on the repeater, everything is fine with the stations voice and tonal quality. How do I adjust the volume of the telemertry voice? PLEASE dont just tell me to edit a file. I need to know exactly what to do here. Thank you.
