[arm-allstar] Question About Connection Announcements

Hi folks.


After a couple of times controlling the Trans-Canada Allstar net, I've 
heard from a couple of people who access the net via their local 
repeaters that they are fed up with all the connect/disconnect 
announcements.


"This female voice keeps stomping on everyone."


Is there something a local repeater owner can change on his/her Allstar 
node to lessen some of those messages, or shut them up entirely? I'm 
guessing the repeaters are connecting to the main hub (Node 51730) and 
hearing all the other messages from the hub.
