[arm-allstar] Question About Connection Announcements

Chris,
There are (at least) 2 solutions. First, set:
telemdefault=0 ; Turns off all telemetry
telemdefault=2 ; Turns off all telemetry 120 seconds after connect
And / or, you can dynamically turn the telemetry level down:
telemduckdb=-32 ; Turn it WAY down (32dB)!
The "normal" telemetry level is adjusted with:
telemnomdb=-12
