[arm-allstar] No RXorTX?

I have tried this on a few GM300s and a CDM1550 with same exact problem.
I must have a setting somewhere that is incorrect.

I can connect via my data on cell phone with my pops call on to echolink, 
transmit on phone onto echolink and hear myself on my repeater via this 
link radio. If I transmit on my repeater the GM300 red rx light comes on 
but nothing goes over the air or no sign on anything on Supermon.

I have the link radio programmed correctly with PL and all because if I add 
a Mic it works perfectly. When I'm using for link I have the mic jumper in 
there where the Mon light turns off.

Pin 8 is set to PL/DPL & CSQ Det LOW but I have also tried HIGH and no good.

What am I missing here?
