[arm-allstar] Adding Second Node to Server

When you save the simpleusb-tune-menu settings, each stanza (and FOB) get 
their own simpleusb_tune_*.conf file automatically generated, in the 
/etc/asterisk folder. These tune files have the parameters (devstr=) which 
associate that stanza with a given USB port ID.
