Zvi,

 I have no answer for this. If it works DTMF on DV switch then it should
work DTMF the other way. *81 works fine here DTMF. I can only guess you
have a bad load or somehow the *81 function in rpt.conf is corrupt. It
should read - 81=cmd,/usr/local/sbin/saytime.pl NODE  - where NODE is your
node number it should play on.
