[arm-allstar] Increasing Database Update requests for Echolink

I’ve had several members come to me about receiving the “Un-authorized”
messages on Echolink. I know the easy fix is to wait longer to connect, but
it’s not easy to explain that to non-members every time. And it would be
impossible to set up Zoiper for everyone.

Is there any way possible to increase the Echolink DB update amounts? From
what I gather from the log, the software will try 5 times before denying a
connection. Jf this could be increased, I believe it would fix the problem.
With conventional Echolink nodes I’ve connected to, it has taken upwards of
20-30 seconds to connect, which makes me believe it takes quite a whike to
update.
