[arm-allstar] *81

I am not seeing that problem here but saytime was updated several months
ago to accept a third parameter. The third parameter tells whether it
vocalizes the output or just sends it to a file. If the third parameter is
missing it defaults to vocalizing. If it is there and a "1" it saves it and
tells you that if you are doing it from the command line. Make sure no
other characters are after the first two parameters or the third parameter
is a "0" as shown below. If it is still doing his please go into the client
while you are doing it and copy any error message. Also try it manually as
below.

# saytime.pl 19038 42291 1
40°F, 4°C / Clear

Saved time and weather sound file to /tmp/current-time.gsm

# saytime.pl 19038 42291

Vocalized just time

# saytime.pl 19038 42291 0
40°F, 4°C / Clear

# saytime.pl 19038 42291
40°F, 4°C / Clear

In these cases it is vocalized time and weather
