[arm-allstar] *81

[Steve Smith]

This happens to me as soon as I enter simpleusb-tune-menu - *81 no 
longer works but *82 does.  Exiting simpleusb-tune-menu does not correct 
the problem.  Restarting Asterisk does not fix it either.  Rebooting 
does fix the problem until I re-enter simpleusb-tune-menu.
