Doug, i got errors with that crontab syntax, and i'm not great with
crontab, so i broke it up
and this seems to work (at 19 min after the hour):
19 0-23 * * * /usr/local/sbin/saytime.pl 96130 50718
20 0-23 * * * /etc/asterisk -rx "rpt fun 50718 *80"
... but when it runs at :19 past the hour, the time & weather is announced,
then immediately
followed by my callsign in CW, but nothing happens at :20 past the hour. (I
haven't tried just
deleted the entry for :20). ... The /usr/bin/asterisk doesn't exist, so i
wrote /etc/asterisk (above).
What would this do: /usr/bin/nice -19
