This should do it.. you can change the 0-23 to whatever hours you want it
to work. For instance if you want it to announce from 6 AM to 10 PM it
would be 6-22
15 0-23 * * * (source /usr/local/etc/allstar.env ; /usr/bin/nice -19
/usr/bin/perl /usr/local/sbin/saytime.pl 96130 50718 ; /usr/bin/asterisk
-rx "rpt fun 50718 *80" )
