I will repeat the line again... it works fine here..

15 0-23 * * *  (source /usr/local/etc/allstar.env ; /usr/bin/nice -19
/usr/bin/perl /usr/local/sbin/saytime.pl 18954 42291 ; /bin/asterisk -rx
"rpt fun 42291 *80" )

The *'s must have spaces before and after each one. best to copy and paste.
