[arm-allstar] Supermon connection log

Dave or Doug,

For some reason when I pull up the Connection log in Supermon nothing is
getting logged there.

So  I went into the var/log//asterisk/connectlog file and wrote a text
message. My test showed up when accessed from Supermon.

So where does the system tell what location to write the log file to?
